Principle of Simultaneity and Principle of Reference in the Work of Joachim Hruschka

The academic trajectory of Joachim Hruschka has left a legacy of indisputable importance in the development of Criminal Law. His studies on the classical theory of imputation, as well as his methodical approach to problem-solving in general, highlight the need to study and analyze his postulates. In the present work, we propose to briefly review two principles proposed and named by the author: the principle of reference and the principle of simultaneity.
