Abstract

The legal debate on abortion has been developing in the last decades with great intensity and in an increasing amount of spaces, there is a need to make an analysis of why the legislator took and continues to maintain the decision to protect life from conception Through the criminalization of behaviors such as abortion that is regulated in the current Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code that will account for criminal protection and its scope
